Then you probably won't.While the market is improving, there are so many sellers out there doing everything they can to get their home sold that you're not likely to be competitive if you're not making the same efforts. The people who actually sell their homes are those that are committed to the process and willing to take the professional advice given to them.
If your REALTOR shows you effective comparable sales and provides a thorough explanation to justify their suggested list price, take it. Don't list for 20% more because you "don't have to sell". The home will sit on the market, you'll be unhappy with your REALTOR although they have probably done nothing wrong and you'll be talking to someone else the following year. If you're not ready to sell, don't sell. If you are ready to move onto the next chapter, get good advice and take it.
